ISRO has completed development of an artificial Aperture measuring system capable of manufacturing high-resolution pictures for a joint earth observation satellite mission with the U.S. house agency NASA.

·       NISAR stands for NASA ISRO artificial Aperture measuring system Mission It aims to check the hazards and world environmental changes and slated to launched in 2020-21.

·       NISAR may be a twin frequency (L & S Band) measuring system Imaging Satellite. itll be the primary measuring system imaging satellite to use twin frequency.

·       Will be launched in a very Sun Synchronous Low –Earth

·       It is intended to look at and take measurements of a number of the planet’s most advanced processes, as well as system disturbances, ice-sheet collapse, and natural hazards like earth quakes, tsunamis, volcanoes and landslides.

·       The satellite is probably going to be launched from Republic of India aboard Associate in Nursing Indian launch vehicle.
